Terms and Conditions

Eastern Star Country Cattery are strict to ensure the safety of all cats staying.  All cats must be up to date on vaccinations and a photocopy of your cat’s vet book must be shown as proof.  We also require sighting of your cat’s vet book when checking in. (We will refuse entry if the vaccination is out of date or too close to arrival).

 

Eastern Star Country Cattery require that all cats must be desexed and a photocopy of your cat’s vet book must be shown as proof. 

 

21 days prior to stay if your cat has been sneezing, Eastern Star Country Cattery has the right to be notified. 

 

If necessary, we have the right to call a veterinarian or take your cat to the vet at the owner’s expense.

 

Eastern Star Country Cattery take no liability for death of cat or sickness during and or after your cats stay at Eastern Star Country Cattery.

If we find your cat/s need to be treated for fleas or worms while boarding with us, the owner will be charged accordingly including a $4 administer fee.
